How hard are your double layered recycled plastic dog toys?

Our double layered, recycled plastic plush toys are fairly tough, they have a harder wearing material underneath the soft plush, however, no toys are indestructible. If your dog wants to chew it, they can and probably will. The starfish is the best for avid chewers as it has no limbs for them to chew off first, such as the dinosaurs horns, ducks wings and turtles legs.

Can I leave my dog alone with your toys?

We have chosen/designed our products to be a safe and as natural/sustainable as we can. However, no toy is indestructible so we would advise not leaving your pet alone with the toys without supervision. You should not leave your dogs alone with any toy, not just ours!

What should I do if my dog ingests part of one of your products?

Except from food/treats, we would advise you to seek veterinary treatment or advice immediately.

Should I replace worn/torn toys?

Yes, you should always replace your toys at the first sign of wear and tear. This can make them unsafe for your dog. Our toys can either be recycled or composted depending on which you buy.

What are your biodegradable poo bags made of and how long do they take to breakdown?

We chose to sell Adios biodegradable & compostable bags, as they are made from corn starch (a natural product) to help break them down with warmth, oxygen and moisture. They never leave microplastics as they will breakdown until they are all gone. They will typically break down within 6-12 months, however certain conditions will speed up or slow down the process. They also have an expiry date on them for this reason!

Why do you sell products in plastic bottles?

We are trying to cut down/swap out the amount of products we use with plastic in, unfortunately, we want to give you high quality natural products, which sometimes means they come in plastic bottles… these bottles however can be recycled. We are looking into getting some in alternative packaging in the near future, as these become easier to supply.

How do you offset your carbon emissions for product manufacturing & deliveries?

We have an account with Ecologi who calculates our emissions as a business and plants trees for us in return for a small fee. We also have a renewable electric tariff and use plastic free, eco friendly postal packaging only. We also try our best to be more eco friendly at work & home, and will often walk to our local post office instead of drive. We also provide handy tips and information in our blogs for our customers if they wanted to become more eco friendly too.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently do not ship worldwide, we have plans to in the future however.

Do you do trade/wholesale?
